We purchased the Gen4 Model in 2011. Since then the unit has been sent in for repair at least 5 times. Last year the the model was returned twice due to a malfunction. This year the model was returned again for malfunctioning. The unit was sent back to the company on Oct. 8th, 2014. This has resulted in several phone calls to the company inquiring about the status of our repaired/ replaced unit. It is now November 8, 2014 and we still do not have our unit back. We were told that it is now on back order. We are extremely dissatisfied with the EdenPURE company for the poor service of the Gen4 model and poor customer service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I bought a generation 4 and used it for two months November and December 2014. It never shuts off and increased my electric bill from 100.00 a month to 300.00.

had to stop using it.

that's outrageous. I now have a 350.00 dollar end table in my living room.

They are junk...mine quit putting out heat after less than a week and they send couopns for couple hundred dollars off...I look online and they are the same price without coupon...what a ripoff...like I would want to buy another one...they should just refund all of our money because THEY are at fault...not us

Eden Pure Gen 4 is for a room. Eden Pure Gen 2 is for a larger area.

Use some moisture along with the heater and it works better. Have used Gen 2 for 4 winters it is wonderful It doe not need a handle.

It moves very well. Would buy another one
